Booking and Cancellation Policy

How Our Online Booking and Payment Works:

  • Our website allows you to book appointments through a third-party app called Jane. By clicking the booking button, you will be redirected to a third-party site to complete your reservation.
  • A $75 deposit is required at the time of booking your acupuncture appointment. This deposit will hold your spot and ensure your appointment is reserved for you.
  • You may cancel your booking anytime before 24 hours of your appointment, at which point your deposit will be immediately refunded. Please see our Cancellation policy below.
  • Once you have your appointment, this deposit will be applied to your total cost for the service and you will only pay for the remainder of your cost for the service.

Cancellation Policy:

Our Cancellation policy serves to ensure we are able to support those serious about seeking help with us, while respecting our practitioners time. Please read our Cancellation policy and don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions.

  • You may cancel your appointment for any reason.
  • If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled time, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in the forfeiture of your $75 deposit.
  • We reserve the right to modify our cancellation policy at any time, and it is your responsibility to review the updated terms before making a booking.

No-Show Policy:
If you do not attend your appointment and fail to provide at least 24 hours notice of cancellation, the $75 deposit will be forfeited.
